Psy-RENA is an acronym for an aftercare rehabilitation procedure (rehab aftercare), which is intended to support a patient following psychosomatic rehabilitation to implement the learned behaviors and strategies for coping with stress and conflict in everyday and professional life. It is carried out in rehabilitation facilities by medical and psychological psychotherapists and in psychotherapy practices.
