Federal chamber of pharmacists

The BAK is a voluntary association of the 17 state chambers of pharmacists. The main task of the BAK is to promote cooperation between the State Chambers of Pharmacists, to organise nationwide and international training events and to publish guidelines for quality assurance in pharmacies. All State Chambers of Pharmacists and all State Associations of Pharmacists are united at the national level to form ABDA - Bundesvereinigung Deutscher Apothekerverbände e.V. (Federal Association of German Associations of Pharmacists) as the umbrella organisation of the German pharmacists.
