Kryptokokkose der Haut:  Von rötlichem, leicht erhabenem Randsaum umgebene, ca. 3 x 3 cm große, krustig-belegte Plaque in der Stirnmitte eines 37-jährigen HIV-Infizierten (zum Zeitpunkt der Vorstellung nicht auf HAART eingestellt). Nachweis des Erregers C. neoformans erfolgte per Kulturanzucht aus einem Exzisionsbiopsat.
