Lichen planus mucosae: Infestation of the oralmucosa in the context of a generalized lichen planus of the skin; non-symptomatic, extensive and reticulated whitish plaques.
Scar atrophic: extensive atrophy of the skin after many years of use of systemic glucocorticoids (inhaled glucocorticoids due to bronchial asthma). the bizarre scars developed after banal blunt trauma "the skin was torn like a cloth".
Ostiofolliculitis. reflected light microscopy: neck area of a 46-year-old woman. Non-confluent, follicle-bound, targetoid, whitish-yellowish round foci (pustules) with central, brownish horn plugs as well as inflammatory surrounding redness with ectatic point vessels.
lichen sclerosus of the vulva.: whitish-porcelain-like skin of the large labia, also those at the perigenital region. discreet infestation of the perianal region. 5-year-old girl. for several weeks there has been occasional genital itching. the small labia have already elapsed in the lower parts. gaping vagina due to atrophy of the small labia.
Verrucae plantares: papules and plaques on the sole of the foot of a 52-year-old man, which have been present for several years, and which cause considerable pain when walking.
Psoriasis capitis: chronically inpatient red and white plaques, localised on the forehead and capillitium, reaching far into the hairy area, sharply defined. currently, after insufficient pre-treatment. further red plaques on the elbows.
Pityriasis rosea in dark skin. A few weeks old, slightly itchy, bran-like scaly exanthema in a young Ethiopian patient. Noticeable is the accentuated brighter border of the plaques.
Circumscribed scleroderma. Atrophy of the right leg muscles, atrophy of the gluteal muscles on the right, shortening of the right leg (difference 2.0 cm) with consecutive secondary pelvic obliquity and scoliosis in a 19-year-old female patient. The right knee joint is massively restricted in its movement (extension/flexion 0/25/100).
Lichen sclerosus extragenitaler (and genital): generalized, itchy Lichen sclerosus with small and large, partly sharp and partly blurred bordered spots and plaques with parchment-like surface, known for years.
