Eczema, photoallergic. seti 6 weeks of unpleasantly itchy and exciting skin lesions. these occurred in the previously always skin-healthy 57-year-old patient (office work) for the first time 6 weeks after a new intake of a hydrochlorothioacid-containing medication, after a Sunday walk. findings: blurredly bordered (scattering phenomena), heliotropic eczema pattern with flat, enormously itchy and exciting, scaly red plaques and papules running out at the edges.

Lichen sclerosus extragenitaler: extensive diffuse reddening with superimposed whitish sclerosis; occasional slight burning of the clearly atrophic skin.

Naevus verrucosus: Illustrations in the course

Xanthogranuloma juveniles (sensu strictu). soft elastic, yellowish, completely asymptomatic, hardly elevated plaques. no Darier's sign! 10-month-old female infant with multiple xanthogranulomas. size growth in the first months of life.

Mycosis fungoides (plaque stage): 72-year-old male (so-called plaque stage of Mycosis fungoides); multiple, disseminated, 5.0-10.0 cm large, occasionally slightly itchy, only slightly consistency increased, slightly scaly red, poikilodermatic plaques are found.
