Granuloma anulare disseminatum. detail enlargement: Solitary or confluent, 0.2-1.5 cm in size, bluish to brownish, non-scaling or only slightly scaling spots, papules and plaques on the trunk in a 73-year-old male.
Melanoma malignant superficially spreading: Exceptionally large, 6.0x4.0 cm in diameter, malignant melanoma of the SSM type with nodular part. No bleeding, no oozing. The patient carefully clothed the melanoma-bearing area when exposed to the sun.
Neurofibromatosis peripheral: Multiple dermal and large subcutaneous neurofibromas. Large café au lait spot (lower part of the picture). Multiple spatter-like pigment spots.
