Zoster. 6 days of persistent segmental erosions, partly crusty, on the back of a 66-year-old, very obese female patient. The right axilla showed identical skin lesions.

Zoster. general view: 6-day-old, extensive, partly herpetiform vesicles with incipient superinfection of the left lateral neck, the left shoulder and the upper trunk of a 22-year-old man. At present there is a distinct swelling of the left side of the left supraclavicular, axillary and cervical palpable LK with painful pressure; in addition there is a severe feeling of sickness, increased temperature and pain.
