Psoriasis palmaris et plantaris: dry keratotic plaque type. Pretreated psoriasis plantaris: typical pattern of infection with flat, sharply defined red plaques with and without scaly deposits.
tinea pedum. dyshidrosiform tinea pedum in a 48-year-old athlete, existing for about 12 months. multiple, itchy, cloudy blisters, healing under scaly crust formation, especially in the arch of the foot. the first interdigital space shows strong macerations, which are only partially visible here.
verrucae plantares. sole of the foot in a 13-year-old competitive swimmer. painfulness during walking. lesions increasing since about 3 years. findings: aggregation, numerous, up to 2-4 mm large, clearly indurated horn crater with a slightly raised lateral horn wall (see left part of the picture). rough surface with whitish scaling. in some lesions approximately pinhead-sized, dark spot hemorrhages; see left part of the picture below.
Verrucae plantares. Chronic recurrent, rough, rough, yellow-greyish, sooted papules and plaques on the planta pedum of a 47-year-old man that have been present for several years. Furthermore, there are multiple, skin-coloured or reddish scars in cases of multiple surgical removal of warts.
Kaposi's sarcoma. chronic (classic) Kaposi's sarcoma, 75-year-old turkish pat. with several years old, in recent months clearly progressive, borderline, reddish-livid, smooth plaques and blue-black nodules. centrifugal spread of the skin lesions.
Kaposi's sarcoma. 80-year-old patient with CML, which has been known for many years, has reddish-livid, rough plaques in the area of both plantae and cherry-sized, slightly bleeding tumor nodes in the area of both lower legs.
Hand-foot syndrome: after chemotherapy. grade 3: extensive blistering; oozing, coarse lamellar desquamation; ulcerations, severe pain. considerable discomfort that makes everyday business impossible.

Verrucous carcinoma of the sole of the foot (Carcinoma cuniculatum): Tumour existing for > 1 year, slowly growing, moderately exophytic, verrucous, painful only under strong pressure, with focal older and fresher bleedings.
Verrucae plantares. multiple solid verrucae, solid papules, which in places are also aggregated. in the centre painful when strong pressure is applied.
Acrolentiginous malignant melanoma: A brown, slowly increasing spot that has existed for years. It is said that this broad-based, ulcerated, repeatedly bleeding node has been formed for a few months. Arrows mark the non-node acrolentiginous part of the tumor. A weak pigmentation zone is encircled, which histologically also turned out to be melanoma infiltration.
