Alopecia, postmenopausal, frontal, fibrosing: General view: Pronounced fronto-temporal scarring alopecia band-shaped frontal and diffuse parietal in a 71-year-old female patient (FFA grade V - clown alopecia). Rarefication of the eyebrows.
Alopecia androgenetica in men, stage II/III: receding forehead-hair boundaries, especially at the temples with fronto-parietal hair thinning and formation of receding hairline.
Pemphigoid bullous, scarring, type Brunsting-Perry. For years, half-sided localized, therapy-resistant recurrent erosions and incrustations. In the dorsal part of the Os parietal area irritationless scarring.
Alopecia areata. roundish, centrifugally and medially spreading, smooth, hairless area with preserved follicles. in the active marginal area hairs can still be easily epilated.
Angiokeratoma of the glans penis. multiple, chronically stationary, 0.2-0.4 cm large, blue-red to brownish papules with partly smooth, partly scaly surface in the area of the corona glandis. these are congenital, circumscribed vascular ectasias.
Alopecia areata totalis: Complete loss of hair on the capillitium, eyebrows and eyelashes, encircling an area of skin where the hair follicles that have been preserved are clearly visible.
