Light dermatosis, polymorphic. general view: Multiple, itchy, highly red papules, partly confluent to plaques, partly exudative vesiculously, partly cocardially at the décolleté in a 46-year-old man.
Angiokeratoma corporis diffusum: Disseminated, partly spatter-like, partly roundish 1-2 mm large, completely symptomless, red spots and papules in a 22-year-old man.
Acne keloidalis nuchae syn. folliculitissclerotisans nuchae: Survey picture: Since 6 years existing, rough, flat keloids occipitally in a 37-year-old colored patient of North African origin. the disease started about 10 years ago with small folliculitis. condition after several operative therapy attempts and after laser therapy about 2 years ago.
Syphilide, papular: multiple, disseminated, dense, small, reddish papules and nodules on a tanned integument in a 67-year-old patient; distinctly palpable, non-painful axillary and inguinal lymph nodes.
Granuloma anulare subcutaneous type Multiple, painless, deep cutaneous, skin-coloured nodules on the sides of the fingers (Granuloma anulare subcutaneum).
Lichen planus exanthematicus: for several months persistent, itchy, generalized, dense rash with emphasis on the trunk and extremities (face not affected); as single florescence a 0.1-0.2 cm large, rounded, brown to reddish papule with a smooth but also woolly surface appears.
transient acantholytic dermatosis. detail enlargement from previous overview. initial papules, about 1-2 mm in size, deep red with slightly eroded, occasionally scaly surface, characterize the picture. in addition, older plaques (top right) resulting from confluent papules with slight marginal scaling are visible. the nikolski phenomenon is negative.
Lichen planus exanthematicus. 4 months old, distinctly itchy exanthema with pinhead-sized, slightly raised, partly isolated, but also aggregated to larger plaques, smooth, shiny, red papules. Streaky arrangement of the efflorescences in scratch or rub marks (Koebner phenomenon; seeleft half of the buttocks).
Lichen planus (classic type): pronounced infestation of the palms. infestation of the palms by confluence of papules and plaques. the nodular structure is especially visible in the peripheral areas.
Acne keloidalis nuchae: multiple, solitary or confluent, follicular light red papules, pustules and nodules, some of which are pierced by terminal hairs
Pityriasis lichenoides et varioliformis acuta. 15-month-oldchild. 0.2-0.4 cm large, symmetrically arranged, only slightly itchy, red, surface-smooth and eroded papules and papulovesicles disseminated on the trunk and extremities for a few days.
Chondrodermatitis nodularis chronica helicis. solitary, chronically inpatient, 0.4 cm high, sharply defined, coarse, strongly pressure-dolent, red, in the centre grey-white, rough papules. crusty support. because of pain the patient is not able to sleep on this ear.
