angiokeratoma, solitary. for more than 10 years existing, initially flat, in the last months clearly size-progessive and increasingly scaly, livid red, firm nodule in a 32-year-old woman. in case of trauma occasionally spot-like bleeding. increasing painfulness in the last weeks.
Dermatitis contact allergic: Acute, itching, relatively sharply defined, photoallergic (contact) eczema with red plaques infiltrated like pillows, partly sharply defined, in the lateral cheek area also blurredly defined. Multiple, partly solitary, partly confluent vesicles on cheeks, nose and forehead. 27-year-old female patient after application of a sunblock.
Syphilis acquisita. papular syphilide: In the 42-year-old HIV-positive male, erythematous papules are present in the area of the glans penis and the inner preputial leaf. Similar skin lesions are found on the whole integument as well as on Palmae and Plantae. 8 weeks before, a painless ulcer with indurated wall had formed on the glans, which healed without therapy.
Systemic lupus erythematosus: acute maculopapular exanthema, accompanied by recurrent fever attacks, fatigue and exhaustion, arthralgia, inflammation parameters +, ANA high titer positive, rheumatoid factor +, DNA-AK+. UV-relatedness of the exanthema is not detectable.
eczema atopic (overview): chronic atopic hand eczema. extensive redness of the entire palm. the circled areas show a normal relief of the inguinal skin. non-circled eczematous areas with clear hyperlinearity. in the rectangle lichenified eczematous areas of the field skin.
In a 62-year-old patient with known CLL (chronic lymphocytic leukemia) a sudden eruption of several, slightly painfulpustules occurred. Findings: On erythematous ground grouped and solitary follicular pustules are visible. In the smear of the pustule aureus staphylococcus aureus can be detected in large numbers.
Lupus erythematosus systemic: fixed (persistent), relatively sharply defined, deep red, "butterfly-like" flake-free () erythema (the term plaque on the face of a 32-year-old female patient. SLE has been known for years. Typical is the erythema-free perioral zone and orbital region.
Complicative basal cell carcinoma with complete destruction of the auricle and the external auditory canal. Here, it is impressive as a crater-shaped ulcer. Typical is the raised, shiny rim.
Erysipelas, acute: a sharply defined, flat, rich reddening of the lower leg under high fever with the formation of blisters and blisters, accompanied by painful regional lymphadenitis.
