Hand eczema atopic: flateczema reaction, fuzzy border to hand lobe (important differential diagnostic feature to psoriasis palmaris)

Mycosis fungoides (plaque stage): 72-year-old male (sucking plaque stage of Mycosis fungoides); multiple, disseminated, 5.0-10.0 cm large, occasionally slightly itchy, only slightly consistency increased, slightly scaly red, poikilodermatic plaques are found.

Lichen sclerosus et atrophicus generalized. large-area infestation with parchment-like skin alteration. red wheals in places, indicating that the process is "still active".

erythroplasia. solitary, chronically dynamic, about 2 cm in size, sharply defined, clearly increased in consistency, symptom-free, red, smooth plaque. continuous growth since 1.5 years despite intensive local therapy. no healing after circumcision. laterally in the front a flat, rough, bizarrely defined white plaque (leukoplakia) is visible.

Lichen planusLichenplanus classic type: for several months site-specific, red, moderately itchy, polygonal, confluent in places, smooth, shiny papules.

Psoriasis of the feet: here partial manifestation in the context of generalised psoriasis.

Lichen sclerosus et atrophicus. pinhead-sized, in places confluent, whitish shining papules. complete atrophy of the labia minora. associations with autoimmune diseases like vitiligo, alopecia areata or thyroid diseases are possible.

Eczema atopic in infancy: Acutely exacerbated and pyodermized atopic eczema; positive atopic FA in both parents.
