Lichen simplex chronicus. detail enlargement: Strongly itchy, 0.1-0.2 cm large, solid, sharply defined, flat, skin-coloured to reddish papules and plaques as well as scratch excoriations.
Nevus melanocytic congenital differential diagnosis: Becker nevus: During puberty and postpubertal increasing hairiness of a nevus previously only visible as a brown spot. No symptoms. Typical for the Becker nevus is the "frayed" demarcation to normal skin.
Paget, M., extramammary. detail magnification: Sharply defined, large-area, eroded, macerated, focal ulcerated, livid-reddish, non-itching, non-painful infiltrated erythema of vulva, perineum and perianal region of a 90-year-old female patient.
Melanoma, malignant, superficially spreading. reflected light microscopy: Inhomogeneous, black-greyish-bluish pigmented, sharp but irregularly defined plaque with widened reticular ridges and irregular netting meshes. The outer line with streaky, bud-like extensions is characteristic of malignancy.
Dermatosis acute febrile neutrophils: acute, exanthematic clinical picture with affection of face, neck, trunk and extremities; here section of the neck with red, succulent papules and plaques.
