Lichen planus mucosae: white papules and plaques of the buccal mucosa, which condense at the end of the teeth. sporadically also splatter-like whitish papules. the mucosal changes have existed for a few months and occurred in the context of an exanthematic lichen planus.
Ear fistula and cyst, congenital findings,congenital, no symptoms so far. The external fistula opening impresses as an unattractive red nodule with central porus.
Acne, oil acne. reflected light microscopy: follicular hyperkeratosis, partially with central vellus hair in the area of the lateral lower thorax in a 20-year-old car mechanic.
Verrucae plantares. Chronic recurrent, rough, rough, yellow-greyish, sooted papules and plaques on the planta pedum of a 47-year-old man that have been present for several years. Furthermore, there are multiple, skin-coloured or reddish scars in cases of multiple surgical removal of warts.
Fibroma molle: a harmless, symptomless "tumour" which has been known for many years and has remained unchanged without any symptoms; the presence of a completely fibromatically transformed dermal melanocytic nevus cannot be excluded.
Eczema atopic (overview): severe atopic eczema existing for years, mainly flexural in the adolescence, generalized for 2 years now. massive steady itching, intensified after sweating. distinct, extensive scaling and crustal deposits. numerous scratch marks.
elastosis actinica. deep rhomboid wrinkles, with bulging skin relief, with pale yellowish skin discoloration. yellowish infiltrates can be detected when the skin is tightened. at the right edge of the picture brownish skin discoloration (lentigines seniles).
