Lupus erythematosus, subacute-cutaneous. Within a few months developing, light-emphasized exanthema with multi-forms and large plaques. No feeling of illness. High titre SSA-Ac.

Airborne Contact dermatitis: chronic (>6 weeks) extensive, very itchy and burning eczema with infestation of the exposed facial areas.

Despite local treatment with a class II steroidal extender it proved to be resistant to therapy.

Elastosis actinica: severe flat elastosis of the skin with whitish "deposits" and rhomboid wrinkling.

Mycosis fungoides. Advanced tumor stage.

Atopic dermatitis: disseminated clinical picture with chronically stationary, blurred, itchy, rough plaques, here infestation of the neck region.
