Vascular (capillary) malformation (naevus flammeus): Congenital, generalized, symptomless, spotty erythema on the face and trunk in a 9-year-old boy, developed according to age.
Striae cutis distensae, initially blue-reddish (Striae rubrae), later whitish, differently long and wide, jagged, parallel or diverging atrophic stripes with slightly sunken and thinned, transversely folded, smooth skin.
Angioma serpiginosum. garland-shaped red spots on the upper arm of an 18-year-old woman, existing for several years, completely without symptoms. No mucous membrane infestation.
Urticaria pigmentosa: Close-up: about 0.5-1.0 cm in size, disseminated, oval or round, brownish-red spots; "Darier phenomenon" can be triggered; here visible by the red colour in places of slight mechanical irritation.
Vitiligo: First appearance 4 years ago of differently sized, differently configured, sharply defined, progressive, differently intensely depigmented patches on the trunk and extremities of a 31-year-old patient with skin type IV.
Spider veins. 35-year-old female patient. The linear erythema (compressible by glass spatula pressure) has been developing increasingly since the second pregnancy two years ago. Linear, red spider vein structure (linear erythema) starting from a ?source point?, which branches off in places to form a net-like formation.
rosacea erythematosa: extensive and even redness of both cheeks. alternate course of redness. intensification with slight swelling due to cold/warm change or after alcohol consumption.
