Drug reaction, fixed: two red, sharply defined, moderately itchy plaques that have existed for a few days. The peripheral areas are lighter in colour, with a tendency to blistering in the centre. Irregular use of headache medication known and added (!).

Erysipelas, bullous: acute , sharply limited, flat redness of the lower leg under high fever with extensive hemorrhagic blistering.

The surrounding of the blisters is reddened over the whole area. Onychodystrophy of the toenails is a secondary finding.

Erysipelas: Sharply limited redness along the left back of the foot and the outer side of the foot with hemorrhagic, partly putrid blistering in a 74-year-old female patient.

Culicosis bullosa. unusually large blister formation after a mosquito bite on the lower leg of an 18-year-old woman. Typical is the "sudden" blister formation on otherwise unchanged skin.
