Subepithelial blisters: traumatic, subepithelial blisters in insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus.

eczema, dyshidrotic: detailed picture with inensively itching intraepithelial vesicles, circumscribed scaling and brownish felts (healed efflorescences). no signs of atopy. no contact allergy.

Drug reaction, fixed: two red, sharply defined, moderately itchy plaques that have existed for a few days. The peripheral areas are lighter in colour, with a tendency to blistering in the centre. Irregular use of headache medication known and added (!).

Vasculitis, leukocytoclastic (non-IgA-associated). large hemorrhagic blisters on bled erythema on the lower leg, interspersed with petechiae.

Herpes simplex virus infection: multilocular, recurrent herpes simplex infection on the left buttock

Linear IgA dermatosis: urticarial plaques with staggered vesicle and bladder formations.

Dermatitis, phototoxic. about 48 hours old, distally (by socks) sharply bordered, severely itching, partly erythematous, partly vesicular or bullous dermatitis. the 45-year-old patient had applied a St. John's wort containing liquid to the lower leg during a picnic in the countryside because of an insect bite. the same evening the first inflammatory skin symptoms appeared.

Pemphigoid, bullous. large, garland-shaped bordered urticarial erythema as well as large, locally confluent hemorrhagic and skin-coloured blisters in an elderly patient.

bladder. traumatically induced subepithelial bladder in Epidermolysis bullosa simplex. 7-year-old boy, who develops blisters at the heel since the age of 3 years mainly in the warm season after simple exertion. at the upper pole a fresh bulging bladder with a slight inflammatory accompanying reaction is visible. in the picture on the left side a bladder remnant with raised bladder cover is visible. the finding speaks for a traumatic blister formation. since these blisters are induced by banal traumas a corresponding predisposition can be assumed.
