lichen sclerosus of the penis: distinct phimosis in a 4-year-old boy. the lichen sclerosus can still be diagnosed at the anterior fold of the prepuce. here a whitish, sclerotic ring is visible. a retraction of the foreskin was not possible anymore. the rapid circumcision is highly recommended.

Condylomata acuminata. 22-year-old colored patient with small, brownish, partly confluent, continuously increasing papules on the prepuce and penis shaft. Typical condylomas are also found on the glans penis, perianal and anal canal.

Leukoplakia, oral: 55-year-old cigarette smoker, chronic stationary, one-sided, flat, fielded, sometimes wart-like, whitish plaque.

psoriasis vulgaris. generalized plaque psoriasis. solitary, chronically inpatient, sharply defined, coarsely consistent, white, rough plaque with red border at the rima ani. the surface of the plaque is covered with cap-like scales. similar plaques were found on the elbow extensor sides. the clinical picture is pathognomonic.
