lichen sclerosus of the vulva.: whitish-porcelain-like skin of the large labia, also those at the perigenital region. discreet infestation of the perianal region. 5-year-old girl. for several weeks there has been occasional genital itching. the small labia have already elapsed in the lower parts. gaping vagina due to atrophy of the small labia.
Kraurosis vulvae: Manifestation of a lichen sclerosu of the vulva (small and large labia, clitoris, introitus vaginae) with pronounced atrophy of the external genitals (clinical picture used to be separated from the lichen sclerosus et atrophicus as an independent clinical picture)

Psoriasis intertriginosa: inversely localized psoriasis (psoriasis inversa) with sharply defined, circulatory red plaques. mucosal area free. erosive areas in places.
Lentigo of the mucous membrane: harmless, persistent, irregular and blurred, symptom-free, brown-black lentigo of the vulva, persisting unchanged for several years (annual clinical controls are recommended).
