Systemic lupus erythematosus: after exposure to sunlight the findings worsen significantly with persistent, moderately sharply defined, symmetrical, non-scaling red plaques.
Typical - butterfly pattern - with a free perioral triangle. Bridge of nose, upper eyelids and tip of chin are affected.
Raynaud's phenomenon; disturbance of the general condition with arthralgia, fever up to 38°C.
Eczema atopic (partial section of a generlised eczema): severe intrinsic atopic eczema that has been present for months; massive constant itching, intensified after sweating; numerous scratch marks.
Typical - butterfly pattern - with free perioral triangle. Bridge of nose, lips (chronic cheilitis) are also affected. Furthermore: Raynaud's phenomenon; disturbance of the AZ, arthralgia.
Dermatosis, acute febrile neutrophil. progressive findings in the face of a 45-year-old woman, 4 days after a febrile intestinal infection with diarrhea. multiple, acute, generalized (part of an exanthema), 2.0-5.0 cm large, sharply defined, painful, red, rough plaques. identical appearing, spot-like skin changes occurred progressively on legs and trunk. high fever, severe feeling of illness and neutrophil leukocytosis.
lupus erythematodes chronicus discoides: 18-year-old otherwise healthy patient. skin lesions since 12 months, gradually increasing, no photosensitivity. disseminated, chronic, touch-sensitive, red , differently sized plaques with rather discrete scaling. histology and DIF are typical for erythematodes. no positive ANA and ENA.
Lupus erythematosus acute-cutaneous: symmetric red spots, patches and plaques on the face, neck and upper trunk, existing for several weeks; lateral image.
Nevus, melanocytic, congenital, since birth existing, chronically stationary, solitary, approx. 2.5 x 1.0 cm large, localized on the stretching side, scattered with dark papules, brown, rough, blurredly demarcated, symptomless spot in a 12-month-old girl.
lupus erythematodes chronicus discoides: 25-year-old otherwise healthy patient. variable now discrete skin lesions; for 12 months. only low photosensitivity. multiple, touch-sensitive, red, plaques. histology and DIF are typical for erythematodes, ANA and ENA negative.
Leprosy. leprosy lepromatosa (-LL-): disease pattern with papules and nodules in diffuse distribution that has been continuously developing for many years; loss of eyebrows, partial loss of eyelashes (Alopecia lepromatosa)
psoriasis seborrhoeic type: recurrent, location-constant and therapy-resistant "seborrhiasis" for several years. no evidence of atopic diseases. circumscript infestation of eyebrows, eyelids and cheeks.
Lupus erythematodes chronicus discoides: bizarrely limited white (follicular) scar with injected red scaly plaques with atrophic surface, adherent scaling; beginning mutilation of the auricular cartilage as a sign of deep-reaching inflammation.
lupus erythematosus systemic. persistent, sharply defined, symmetrical, non-scaly erythema of the face after exposure to sunlight. known Raynaud's phenomenon. individual enanthema of the oral mucosa (hard palate and cheek mucosa). distinct disturbance of the general condition with arthralgias, fever up to 38° C. typical - butterfly pattern - ("butterfly mask") with free perioral triangle. bridge of nose, upper eyelid and tip of chin are affected.
