Melanonychia longitudinalis: stripy (melanotic) nail pigmentation caused by a (still benign) pigment nevus localized in the (not visible) nail matrix. The anterior incision edge of the nail plate is pigment-bearing (marked with an arrow). An initial malignant melanoma must be excluded.
verruca seborrhoica: multiple verrucae seborrhoicae. continuous development since the 4th decade of life. findings: densely standing, 0.2-1.0 cm large, yellowish also brownish flat papules. individual seborrhoeic keratoses itch repeatedly. no clinically detectable inflammatory symptoms.
Leiomyoma: multiple, chronically stationary, existing since earliest childhood, occurring only at one localization (ubiquitous occurrence only rarely), in this case striped, occasionally (pressure-)painful, brown-red, flat, firm, smooth papules.
EndemicKaposi 's sarcoma Multiple, chronically stationary, since 2 years imperceptibly growing, 1.0-4.0 cm large, firm, indolent, blue-black, smooth nodules on unchanged skin in the area of the lower leg in an elderly patient.
Purpura eczematide-like purpura: non-symptomatic (no itching) eczema-like disease that has been recurrent for months in a completely healthy patient (no history of medication).
Chloasma/melasma ina 27-year-old Ethiopian female patient after prolonged use of oral anticonceptives; large, bizarrely bordered hyperpigmentation of the cheek, lips, nose and forehead.
Acne conglobata: symmetrically distributed, eminently chronic, inflammatory melting, papules and pustules as well as strong, retracted scarring; image resembles the cutis vertivis gyrata.
Nevus pigmentosus et pilosus. congenital, 6.0 x 3.0 cm large, slightly raised and only slightly increased in consistency, size constant, asymptomatic plaque in a 46-year-old man. brown-black speckled surface as well as clearly increased hair growth in the area of the nevus.
Sarcoidosis plaque form: Pla que that has existed for about 1 year and has grown continuously up to now, without symptoms, fine lamellar scaling, brown-reddish, blurred edges; in the slightly reddened peripheral area, small firm nodules are palpated.
Anular sarcoidosis: anular or circulatory chronic sarcoidosis of the skin. existing for several years. onset with small symptomless papules with continuous appositional growth and central healing. no detectable systemic involvement .
Urticaria pigmentosa: approx. 0.5-1.0 cm in size, disseminated, roundish, brownish-red spots. Only when rubbed, the spots become more red with accompanying itching. Increased redness and itching even in warm showers or baths.
