Phlebektasia of the tongue, distinct, varicose dilatation of the veins of the tongue with attached, circumscribed cavernous blue ectasia (caviar tongue).
Vasculitis, leukocytoclastic (non-IgA-associated). multiple, petechial haemorrhages and haemorrhagic filled blisters in the area of the back of the hand and finger extensor sides. severe feeling of illness persists.
Lymphangioma circumscriptum. 20 years old woman. multiple, chronically stationary, since 5 years increasing, glassy translucent, pinhead-sized or larger, often cluster-like aggregated, asymmetrically configured, small cysts (frogspawn-like appearance).
Raccoon-Sign (Spectacle Hematoma): several, chronically active, periorbital located, symmetrical, sharply demarcated, with normal consistency, brownish-reddish, smooth, without superimposition in a 51-year-old female patient; pronounced hematoma formation with slight trauma to the remaining integument.
haematoma, nail haematoma. nail alteration after slight crush trauma. striped, red and blue-black spots (splinter hemorrhages). since red and black shades are present at the same time, this finding speaks against a melanotic pigmentation.
Malformations, syndromal, vascular. mixed, syndromal, capillary/venous/arterial malformation with arterio-venous anastomoses and reactive hyperplasia of the tissue (Klippel-Trénaunay syndrome).
acrocyanosis: typical picture of the red, cold foot in a 42-year-old chain smoker. variable course. erythema not painful. occurs at an ambient temperature of 20ºC and less. also in stressful situations
