Dermatitis contact allergic: 53 years old, still working bricklayer. chronic eczema with disseminated red, partly skin-coloured papules, which in places have conflated to blurred, lichenified plaques. furthermore discrete, laminar, fine-lamellar scaling as well as multiple partly encrusted erosions. distinct itching. proven chromate sensitisation.
Lichen planus exanthematicus. 32-year-old patient with this clinical picture, which developed within a few weeks and disseminated to the trunk and extremities. 0.1-0.2 cm large, roundish or polygonal, smooth, rough, livid-red, in places whitish papules with a shiny surface. There is distinct itching, but this has not yet led to visible scratching effects.
Haemangioma of the infant. soft, reddish tumor occurring dorsally on the right wrist during the first months of life with torpid, ulcerous transformation in the further course.
Lichen plaLichenplanus classic type: for several months, itchy, polygonal, partially confluent, smooth, shiny papules that have remained in place for several months
Acrodermatitis chronica atrophicans. livid, blurred, variable coloured erythema of the left hand in comparison to the healthy right hand. skin atrophically shiny, hyperesthetic.
naevus anaemicus: congenital, irregularly dissected white, smooth stains at the edges. no reddening after rubbing the stain. on glass spatula pressure the boundaries to the surrounding area disappear.
Becker nevus: hyperpigmented (border areas marked with arrows), hypertrichotic epidermal nevus, in a 16-year-old female patient. encircled: lichenified skin area. no complaints. therapy not necessary. hair could be depilated.
