Dermatitis contact allergic: 53 years old, still working bricklayer. chronic eczema with disseminated red, partly skin-coloured papules, which in places have conflated to blurred, lichenified plaques. furthermore discrete, laminar, fine-lamellar scaling as well as multiple partly encrusted erosions. distinct itching. proven chromate sensitisation.

Lichen planus exanthematicus. 32-year-old patient with this clinical picture, which developed within a few weeks and disseminated to the trunk and extremities. 0.1-0.2 cm large, roundish or polygonal, smooth, rough, livid-red, in places whitish papules with a shiny surface. Becker nevus: hyperpigmented (border areas marked with arrows), hypertrichotic epidermal nevus, in a 16-year-old female patient. encircled: lichenified skin area. no complaints. therapy not necessary. hair could be depilated.
