Metastasis: Chronic dynamic confluent nodules in a 78-year-old woman with metastasized malignant melanoma in the right inguinal region, about 7 cm in diameter, protruding about 3-4 cm, erythematous, partly crossed by telangiectatic vessels.
Acne inversa. pronounced findings in an obese 47-year-old patient. the multiple, chronically stationary, intertriginously localized nodules and scars have existed since early adolescence. previous therapies with isotretinoin were discontinued due to elevated liver values with simultaneous C2-abusus.
Dyskeratosis follicularis (Darier's disease). Disseminated red to reddish-brown papules and plaques, in places also indicated in a striated arrangement. No significant scaling, isolated erosive papules.
Lymphogranuloma inguinale: Greasy ulcer in the area of the coronal furrow in a 26-year-old man, 14 days after unprotected GM in Southeast Asia (chlamydia detection).
Candidosis intertriginous: Multiple, chronically dynamic, 0.2 cm large to large-area, blurred, red, smooth, rough, partly scaly, partly weeping plaques (also spots, pustules and erosions). scattered restless margin. painful in case of extensive erosions.
Tinea corporis with marginal, centrally healed, scaly, less symptomatic plaques with a characteristic coarse lamellar scaling on the edges; no therapy has been performed so far.

Acne inversa: severe clinical, therapy-resistant finding in a 52-year-old female patient. existing since the age of 20. multiple, flat and retracted scars, comedones, inflammatory papules, nodules and flat indurations.
Pemphigus vulgaris. multiple, chronic, since 3 years intermittent, symmetric, trunk accentuated, easily injured, flaccid, 0.2-3.0 cm large, red blisters confluent to larger, weeping and crusty areas, here infestation of the lower bacow and the groin region.
Candidosis intertriginous: 22-year-old slightly obese woman with signs of an atopic dermatitis (neurodermatitis); disseminated itchy papules with a small whitish scaly ruffle; inguinal bds. and mons pubis.
Pityriasis versicolor: 50-year-old woman. for years always pityriasis versicolor upper back. this time presentation with flat and small spotted herds groin/mons pubis.
