Vitiligo. Sharply defined, map-like white patches on the forearm.

Vitiligo: extensive white areas with residual stripey pigmentation in the area of the shoulders, neck and décolleté.

Vitiligo (detailed picture): Therapy-induced (after administration of a checkpoint inhibitor) vitiligo in a patient with malignant melanoma.

Vitiligo: therapy-induced (after administration of a checkpoint inhibitor) vitiligo in a patient with malignant melanoma.

Disseminated white patches up to 10 x 7.5 cm in size with involvement of the nipple on the right side in an 8-year-old boy.

Vitiligo: First appearance 4 years ago of differently sized, differently configured, sharply defined, progressive, differently intensely depigmented patches on the trunk and extremities of a 31-year-old patient with skin type IV.

Vitiligo: spots depigmented with varying degrees of intensity. vertical arrow above: focus in advanced uniform repigmentation. horizontal arrow: uniform but still incomplete repigmentation. vertical arrow below: new roundish focus in older already (incomplete) repigmented area.

Vitiligo: generalized vitiligo in a young Ethiopian. sharply defined, almost symmetrically arranged depigmentations, mostly of large and small area. on close inspection, further, multiple, less sharply marked incompetently depigmented spots (grey-brown stains) can be found.

Vitiligo: Multiple predominantly roundish vitiligo foci, encircling a focus with a central remnant of a melanocytic nevus (sutton nevus).

Vitiligo: Vitiligo affecting all eyelids.

Vitiligo: infestation of the eyelids and the adjacent cheek area. spot-shaped repigmentation. defined by square: white tinting of the eyelashes

Vitiligo: Beginning spontaneous repigmentation

Vitiligo: (Detail enlargement): Multiple, since adolescence occurring, size-progressive, flat, partly bizarrely limited, bright spots on mamma and in the sternum area of a 28-year-old woman. The left areola mammae (areola) is largely depigmented.

Vitiligo.

Vitiligo: on the upper part of the upper arm spatter-like vitiligo, on the forearm extensive depigmentation.

Vitiligo: multiple roundish or circine vitiligo foci, with the credible assurance that a melanocytic nevus previously existed in each "round focus" (see above).

Vitiligo : On the right side of the picture a halo-nevus; in the larger vitiligo focus above the lumbar spine a largely depigmented melanocytic nevus is visible.

Vitiligo: large symmetrical area of the genito-anal and buttock region, central strip in the genital and anal region not affected.

vitiligo. sharply limited, chronically stationary white spot in the area of the vulva in a 26-year-old turkish girl. there are further spots on the back of the hand, perioral and periorbital. in case of an isolated infection of the vulva a lichen sclerosus can be excluded by differential diagnosis.

Vitiligo: irregularly limited vitiligo zone marked by arrow with melanosis of the small labia.

Vitiligo.

Vitiligo. Repigmentation foci in the middle of the vitiligo areas. Poliosis of the eyelashes.

Viligo: therapy-induced (after administration of a checkpoint inhibitor) vitiligo in a patient with malignant melanoma.

Vitiligo (differential diagnosis): Halo-like depigmentation of the skin in metastasized melanoma; Balau-translucent the deep cutaneous melanoma metastases.
