Water-absorbing nail softening paste type W/O, 2-phase paste, apply daily for 1-2 weeks, after 24 hours remove ointment residues and scrape off the softened nail substance. Subsequently, apply again thickly to the diseased nail under an occlusive dressing. To avoid skin damage, cover the healthy nail wall and the area around the nail with zinc paste.
