Syringoma. 30-year-old female patient has small, up to pinhead-sized, isolated and aggregated, symptomless, firm, skin-colored papules in the area of the lower lid and the cheek. In the father similar skin lesions exist.

Syringomas of the eyelids: 0.1-0.2 cm large, isolated and aggregated, symptomless, firm papules in the area of the lower lid and the cheek.

Syringoma histology: Sharply limited dermal neoplasia with strand-like solid and few cystic epithelial formations.

Syringoma Detail magnification: Numerous eccrine, partly solid, partly cystic duct structures; cystic duct on the right side at the top with homogeneous eosinophilic secretion.
