Syringocystadenoma papilliferum. tumor originating from the epidermis with villi-shaped, papillary convolutions. the cystic dilated duct systems are conspicuous. penetrating infiltrate of lymphocytes and plasma cells. on the right side a mature hair follicle is visible.
Detail enlargement: Cylindrical glandular epithelium with decapitation (see small droplets of secretion at the cell tip) as a sign of apocrine secretion.
