Spiradenoma: Hemispherical, reddish-livid tumor with smooth surface and small central erosion of the forehead in a 74-year-old woman.

Spiradenoma. reflected light microscopy: bluish to livid area without structural peculiarities, which is crossed by horizontally running, ectatic blood vessels. the skin surface with single brownish keratin furrows is unchanged.
