Rotational flap plasty, double. 3 x 4 cm large map-like bordered reddish-brownish plaque with pearl-like border, atrophic center and partly crusty coatings immediately above the sacral region. A tissue sample from the border area showed the diagnosis of a superficial basal cell carcinoma. Planning of a rotational flap plasty with two rotational flaps cut in opposite directions.
