Rosacea, lupoid. lupoid rosacea with numerous reddish-brown, follkuilary papules. Only slight acuity.
rosacea, lupoid. dense, colorful, perifollicular infiltrate of lymphocytes, neutrophil granulocytes, histiocytes and giant cells. distinct folliculotropy with broad infiltration of the follicular epithelium. besides the multinucleated giant cell (right middle) there are 2 smaller epithelioid cell nodules. the surface epithelium is regular.
