Rhinophyma (preoperative). decades of existing, so far untreated rhinophyma in a 72-year-old patient. presentation in advanced stage is due to obstruction of nasal breathing (relocation of the nasal ostia) by a massive rhinophyma (stage III) with four lobed nodes up to plum size.
