Raccoon-Sign (Spectacle Hematoma): several, chronically active, periorbital located, symmetrical, sharply demarcated, with normal consistency, brownish-reddish, smooth, without superimposition in a 51-year-old female patient; pronounced hematoma formation with slight trauma to the remaining integument.
