Granuloma pyogenicum (pyogenic granuloma) Rapidly growing, shiny tumour on the palm of the hand. Previous harmless stab wound. The inlet shows a collar-shaped enclosure of the granuloma by the surrounding skin.

Granuloma pyogenicum (pyogenic granuloma) Detail view of a solitary, since 6 weeks size progressive, exophytic growing, soft, smooth shiny, otherwise asymptomatic red tumor localized on the left upper lid in an 8-year-old girl.

Granuloma pyogenicum (pyogenic granuloma). 0,6 cm tall, soft, spherical, slightly bleeding, red-blue to black, sharply defined, rapidly exophytic-growing elevation. Formation after scratching trauma.

Granuloma pyogenicum: fast growing, asymptomatic tumour without apparent cause; tendency to bleed with minor trauma; has been satelite for 14 days.

Granuloma pyogenicum (pyogenic granuloma) Acute, dynamically growing for 4 weeks, 0.6 x 0.5 cm in size, touch-sensitive or painful, bluish-livid, shiny, smooth nodule, partly covered with haemorrhagic crusts; a previous trauma is recalled.

Granuloma pyogenicum (pyogenic granuloma): rapidly growing, shiny, erosive lump on the lower lip. The sudden appearance was preceded by a bite on the lower lip. At the base, increasing constriction with collar-like epidermis.

Granuloma pyogenicum (pyogenic granuloma): a painless nodule that has been present for a few weeks and that bleeds repeatedly.

Granuloma pyogenicum (pyogenic granuloma): Close-up: Smooth, shiny surface, eroded in places.

Granuloma pyogenicum (pyogenic granuloma) Rapidly growing, bluish-black, soft, slightly bleeding tumour. Remark: the black colour was caused by thrombosis in the tumour parenchyma.

Granuloma pyogenicum (pyogenic granuloma) Following a hammer blow, the 42-year-old carpenter has an erosive, slightly bleeding, fast and exophytic growing, spherical knot on his right thumb.

Granuloma py ogenicum (pyogenic granuloma) A 14-day-old, trauma-induced, centrally ulcerated, slightly bleeding, rapidly exophytically growing, benign, soft, spherical, red, sharply defined tumour in the region of the end of the finger; slightly painful.

Granuloma pyogenicum (pyogenic granuloma). after manipulation of the onychomycktoically damaged nail plate of the left big toe, this exophytic, reddish-wetting soft-elastic papule developed within 4 days. no significant symptomatic symptoms (note: in case of uncertain anamnesis concerning the duration of the disease, a malignant tumor can be excluded!)

Granuloma pyogenicum (pyogenic granuloma) 20 MHz sonography, central low-echo zone with individual internal echoes, basally loosened reflection pattern.

Granuloma pyogenicum (pyogenic granuloma) Tumour surrounded by an epithelial lip formation, centrally ulcerated and rich in vessels.
