Granuloma pyogenicum (pyogenic granuloma) Rapidly growing, shiny tumour on the palm of the hand. Previous harmless stab wound. The inlet shows a collar-shaped enclosure of the granuloma by the surrounding skin.

Granuloma pyogenicum (pyogenic granuloma). after manipulation of the onychomycktoically damaged nail plate of the left big toe, this exophytic, reddish-wetting soft-elastic papule developed within 4 days. no significant symptomatic symptoms (note: in case of uncertain anamnesis concerning the duration of the disease, a malignant tumor can be excluded!)
