Pulicosis. multiple, acute, for one day existing, on the right side of the neck (randomly) localized, grouped, mainly single standing, violently itching, 0.2-0.4 cm large, red, patterned, smooth papules. in the center of each papule there is a hemorrhagic spot or possibly a small crust.
