Penis carcinoma: plate-like , rough infiltration of the glans penis with extensive fibrin-covered ulceration of the surface, lymphedema of the prepuce in paraphimosis.

Penis carcinoma: circumscribed, slightly painful, hard knot formation with extensive ulceration of the surface. 62-year-old man.

Penis carcinoma: plate-like, moderately rough infiltration of the glans penis with a flat, fibrin-covered erosive surface. On the right side (seen from the patient) a smaller nodule is formed. On the dorsal side of the glans penis synechia of glans and inner leaf of the prepuce.

Penis carcinoma: bulging nodules of the glans penis; distinct phimosis that has existed for "several" years.

Penis carcinoma: reddened plaque in the area of the glans penis with formation of coarse, verrucous, ulcerated growths in the centre.

Penis carcinoma: for several months slowly developing, completely painless, firm lump on the inner preputial leaf; previously known Lichen sclerosus et atrophicus with phimosis.
