Pemphigoid, bullous. general view: maximum exacerbated clinical picture on trunk and extremities of a 66-year-old female patient. Multiple, acute, generalized, symmetrical, flexurally accentuated, 0.3-1.0 cm large, isolated and grouped, partly hemorrhagic, bulging blisters on flat erythema and plaques. Older, healing blisters are partly burst open, eroded or encrusted.

Pemphigoid, bullous. general view: multiple, disseminated, 0.3-2.0 cm large, taut, mostly filled with clear content, partly hemorrhagic blisters on erythematous changed surroundings. multiple small erosions and crusts still exist.


Pemphigoid bullöses: bulging subepithelial blisters, which sit hemispherically on the skin, with a confluent light red erythema around the blisters.

Pemphigoid bullous: extensive, painful erosions in the entire oral cavity.

Pemphigoid scarring: synechia formation between palpebral and bulbar conjunctiva.

Epidermolysis bullosa acquisita (see labels) with traumatically induced, subepithelial bladder, fresh and older scars (after blistering)


Pemphigoid gestationis. since a few days existing symmetrically distributed plaques, partly coin-like homogeneous, partly anular 5-7cm large with indicated blistering. severe itching of the whole integument.

Pemphigoid prurigo type: unusual variant of a "bullous pemphgoid" with itchy "purigo-like" papules and plaques. close-up
