Papules, reddish brown: multiple, not itchy 0.2-0.4 cm large, smooth, roundish papules, linear arrangement in places, diagnosis: eruptive xanthomas.


papules, brown marked by arrows: in the case of a papule, a "raised area" is always palpated. 2 brown plaques (melanocytic nevi) are encircled. the border between papule and plaque is 1.0 cm. <1.0 cm = papule, 1.0 cm and >1.0 cm = plaque. the term plaque is purely descriptive and does not provide any information about the genesis of the underlying lesion. diagnosis: melanocytic nevus.

Papules, blue: surprisingly firm surface smooth symptomless papules known for years as a manifestation of a blue-rubber-bleb-naevus syndrome.




Papule red follicular: disseminated itchy, follicular papules in "mucinosis follcularis" as early manistasis of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma.

Papules, red non-follular: multiple red papules, arranged in scratch marks in places.

Papule, red: small congenital symptomlsoe papule. diagnosis: congenital ear fistula and cyst.
