Oleoma. overview picture: Rather atypical picture of a painful and livid discolored, tissue reduced, atrophy blanche-like scarring in a 49-year-old woman who was vaccinated about 2 years ago with a combination against hepatitis A and typhoid fever in the right upper arm. At the lower border a livid discolored, hard plaque is palpable. Several months after vaccination recurrent ulcerations occurred in the vicinity of the vaccination site, some of them superinfected.
