Mosaic, cutaneous. huge, almost the whole back occupying, melanocytic giant nevus of type IV in a 37-year-old man with neurocutaneous melanosis and cerebral involvement (Jackson seizures).
Mosaic cutaneous: Circumscript scleroderma as cutaneous mosaic. checkerboard pattern.
Mosaic cutaneous: phylloid pattern, scleroderma has been present for several years and continues to progress.
