Meesian transverse ligaments. Wide leukonychia bands of the nail.
Meese transverse ligaments: Pre-existing Sézary syndrome. Distinct whitish transverse ligaments of the nails, of which proximally situated discrete leukonychia.
Meesche transverse ligaments: 56 year old woman. 3 months before the present picture was taken, the patient had severe bronchitis.
