Measles. fever up to 40 °C, rhinitis, conjunctivitis, photophobia, pharyngitis. on the 3rd-4th day of the disease enanthema on the palate, tonsils and uvula. red, round or oval, initially pale red, then dark red, haemorrhagic spots first behind the ears, then on the neck and trunk, finally on the extremities. enlargement and confluence of the spots. measles serology is diagnostic.
