Limberg transposition flap. fig. 1 a: Marginal wall-forming, slightly bowl-shaped sunken bleeding tumor, whose atrophic center is interspersed with telangiectasia, in the preeauricular region of a 79-year-old woman. Planning of a Limberg flap plasty with the angle ratios 120° to 60°. Histological examination of the tissue sample from the tumor revealed a solid basal cell carcinoma.

Limberg transplant flap. fig. 2 a: Semi-circularly limited, irregularly brown pigmented plaque with a bright atrophic centre in the lumbar region of a 64-year-old man.
