Lichen planus palmoplantaris. 45-year-old man has suddenly appeared, strongly itching, reddened, polygonal, partly confluent, rough and smooth papules and plaques as well as flat, yellowish hyperkeratosis in the area of both palms and the bends of the hands. In addition there is an infestation of the whole integument with characteristic polygonal papules which partly confluent and form a lichenoid exanthema in the area of the back.
