Lichen planopilaris. diffuse erythema of the parietal scalp. in the center of the picture, blurred, shiny white, atrophic area; follicles are not detectable here. furthermore, the 66-year-old female patient has a burnt-out keratosis pilaris and a still active ulerythema ophryogenes.
Alopecia, LIchen planopilaris. for years therapy resistant, chronic, creeping scarred hair loss. currently no inflammatory activities detectable.
Lichen planopilaris. 2-3 years of creeping condition with consecutive scarring alopecia. follicular erythema and numerous small keratotic follicular ruffs are detectable. occasional itching.
