Leiomyosarcoma. 3.0 x 5.0 cm in size, continuously growing for 1 year, wood-like solid, slightly pressure-sensitive, red, smooth lump that does not shift on the surface, well definable. The diagnosis was only histologically certain.

Leiomyosarcoma Kutaneous leiomyosarcoma: Fuzzily defined tumor node that infiltrates the entire dermis over a wide area.

Dermalleiomyosarcoma: Fascicular structure with moderately high cellularity.

Dermalleiomyosarcoma: Fascicular structure with high cellularity, eosinophilic cytoplasm, prominent distinct nuclear polymorphism, numerous multinuclear giant cells with bizarre nuclear formations.

Leiomyosarcoma: Cutaneous leiomyosarcoma: Fascicular structure of the interwoven tumor strands. Immunohistology: Clear reactivity for smooth muscle actin.
