Hemangiopericytoma. Deep cutaneous gross plate-like infiltrates.
Hemangiopericytoma: Band-like convolutions of densely packed, spindle-shaped cells with spindle-shaped, chromatin-rich nuclei localized in the deep dermis, including numerous bizarre blood spaces.
Immunohistological imaging of the endothelia (CD31) reveals the dense, "deer antler-like networked structure" of the bizarre blood spaces.
