Chemo-surgical treatment of a precancerous condition - possibly in several sessions.

Use in actinic keratosis: actinic keratosis is defined as carcinoma in situ of the skin. It thus fulfils a condition which is defined as precancerousness in the sense of the performance legend.

Chemo-surgical treatment: Procedure for the removal of skin layers through the use of chemicals. The term does not imply the use of surgical instruments.

Multiple billings: the legend of the service " in several sessions" means that the billing is only possible once, even if the chemosurgical treatment was performed on several days (applications). In case of several actinic keratoses, No. 757 GOÄ can be billed several times. A recurrence after treatment can be billed again according to No. 757 GOÄ.

Delegation ability: The service is only billable if it was performed personally (by the patient himself) or under supervision and professional instruction of the physician (delegated service § 4 GOÄ). Applications performed by the patient himself are not billable.
