Goä no 263

Subcutaneous hyposensitization treatment (desensitization), per session.

For each hyposensitization according to GOÄ Nr.263 a consultation and a short examination to exclude a relevant infection could be necessary.

Multiple approaches are possible: According to a judgement of the Landessozialgericht Stuttgart of 4.9.1996 (AZ L5 Ka 2851/95), a new session is deemed to be present if a service has to be divided into several phases according to its own typology, which cannot be directly connected to each other (e.g. patients with several relevant sensitizations; patients with rapid hyposensitization - Rush-Ultra-Rush or Cluster-Immunotherapy).
